The sale and delivery is made to customers who are citizens of Romania and the member countries of the European Union.

The customer can select the preferred courier company and the shipping cost will be included in the payment amount. All shipments will be insured with Declared Value Shipping service.

The guaranteed delivery time is 7 working days from the date of delivery of the package to the courier company for national shipments, respectively 20 working days for international shipments.

The delivery will be made to the recipient or the authorized person, at the address indicated by the Buyer.

The courier company makes a delivery attempt. If the addressee or the person authorized to receive the postal item is not found at the destination, the supplier will leave a notice containing details about: the number of the transport document, the date of the notice to the addressee, the period of keeping the postal item at the disposal of the addressee, as well as the name , the address and working hours with the public of the point of contact from which the postal item can be picked up, and in the event that no container is installed at the recipient’s address for receiving postal items, the provider will take all measures to ensure that the notice will reach the recipient’s knowledge, including by sending it by electronic means. If the recipient refuses to receive the postal item, the return is processed automatically on the same day, without going through the recipient’s notification procedure. In this case, the cost of returning the parcel will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the Buyer.

If, following the delivery attempt, the postal item will not be delivered to the recipient, it will be kept, without involving any tariff, at the contact point served by the supplier’s staff, from where it can be picked up within 5 calendar days from the date recipient’s approval.

The return of products due to the Buyer’s renunciation of the purchase can be done according to EU legislation within 14 days of receiving the goods, in which case the return shipping will be borne by the Buyer. The refund of the value of the ordered products will be made by the Seller within 7 days of receiving the return, to the bank account provided by the Buyer. Returned products must be in their original condition, with no signs of damage or destruction.
